#5 Delivery

Based on the order placed by the customer, we deliver the ordered products under our stringent quality control.

Our manufacturing rooms are strictly isolated, pharmaceutical manufacturing-level clean areas allowing not even the slightest dust.
Using the latest HEPA filters, we are equipped with Class 1000*-equivalent clean room facilities.

Class 1000 indicates a level of air cleanness in which 0.5μm or larger particles of dust and other matter number 1000 or fewer per cubic foot. As a manufacturing environment among health care-related manufacturers, this is a level of cleanness on par with pharmaceutical manufacturing. This achievement is made possible by using the latest high-performance air filters (HEPA filters) and positive room pressure.

Assured Quality Control System.

Room air pressure higher than the outside pressure prevents inflow of air from outside the clean rooms.

Dust-free garments

We mandate the wearing of work garments made from special fiber that does not release dust.

Quality inspections.

After manufacturing, we extract product from both the top and bottom of the vessel to measure pH and viscosity.

Strict bacteriological examination.

We perform bacteriological examinations of bulk and final products multiple times, under the strict watch of quality control managers.

Thorough cleansing.

We disassemble and clean all equipment after each manufacturing and filling run, and disinfect with alcohol before use.
